Working, learning, and playing at home can often involve sitting.  Build in cues to move throughout your day and you’ll share a healthy practice.

Through the grapevine we heard that it has been difficult finding available testing sites.  Thus, we wanted to share this testing opportunity with you.  Be prepared to for a long wait--just in case.  Please be safe & protect each other.

Free City & County Testing Available for Residents

DATES:    From Friday, July 23 through Saturday, August 14.

TIME:      (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

WHERE:  In the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport:
Diamond Head Tour Group Area just past Baggage Claim 31
(ample parking in the parking structure or drop-off and pick-up)

Please preregister with City and County and bring a valid Hawaii ID with an Oahu address with you to the test. Children may test for free if they are accompanied by a parent/guardian with an ID that meets these requirements.  

The City and County of Honolulu is providing COVID-19 testing without charge if you meet one of the following criteria.

  • Oahu Residents (see paragraph above)

  • City and County of Honolulu Employees and First Responders

  • City and County of Honolulu Employee’s and First Responders’ Family Members (must be of the same household)

  • All State Workers (Including Legislators)

  • All State Workers (Including Legislators) Family Members (must be of the same household)

  • Federal, State employees working at DKI Airport

  • Oahu Educators - Pre-K to 12 Education Teachers, Higher Education Professors/Lecturers, Trade School Teachers

  • Oahu Restaurant Workers/Food Service Industry Workers
    (Must provide recent two weeks’ pay stub or letter from your employer requesting the test.)

  • Oahu Correctional Facility Employees

  • Oahu Hotel Industry Employees
    (Please bring an employee ID/paystub/ or letter from your employer requesting the test.)
